E-Government

ArabiaGIS provides e-Government services between a government and citizens (G2C), government and business (G2B), government and employees (G2E), and government and government agencies (G2G) using state-of-the-art technologies to automate and empower government business processes. We develop turn-key systems incorporating the power of the web and mobile technologies, spatial solutions, visualization, and GIS to enable e-government projects and facilitate the operation of government and the disbursement of government information and services. We provide these solutions with our local, regional, and international partners.

By reforming public service delivery, governments will be able to reduce costs and improve services leveraging technology that meets future needs and demands. Today’s government needs to become a connected government in a connected world in order to:

  •   Deliver service efficiently, transparently, and with high quality in light of higher citizen expectations.
  •   Renovate and enhance service delivery to meet expectations of citizens, businesses and government workers.
  •   Take full advantage of the next wave of digital technologies and their potential to redefine government service models.

Governments continue to evolve with the changing dynamics between government entities and users of public services. By connecting systems, processes, and people, governments not only can better serve and engage their citizens—they help make the business of government more transparent and accountable to its constituents and modernize the government workplace itself, thus creating a real impact for better government.
